Review from Fiona, Executive Director

Sometimes I think what a lucky girl I am (okay if truth be told at my age I’m maybe hanging on to the girl thing a bit too long!)
Today I’ve had a “macrobert moment” day – those days where I see a show or something happens and it makes me feel good to be part of the team.
This morning I saw “Something Else” by Tall Stories – it was beautiful, well written, great performances and a lovely story about friendship which I am so disappointed my 9 year old didn’t get to see.
But the bit that makes it a “macrobert moment” is the look on the audience’s faces and watching children who aren’t old enough to walk, bobbing along to the music so engrossed they don’t want to leave.
This afternoon it was watching the children react and play with our mascot Wallace as he wanders round the building.
Actually maybe that’s why I still am a girl at heart!something else
